Summary |
Directs staff training and provides Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) oversight of initial assessment and treatment plan functions. Develops and implements divisional staff training. Provide concurrent review of appropriateness of service intensity, frequency and duration. Authorizes service array for each client based on medical necessity and Medicaid Rule 132. Maintains compliance with commercial, state and federal Medicaid policies and regulations.

| Education/Experience |
| Minimum of a master’s degree in a social science, medical or behavioral health discipline or health services administration, along with professional certification and/or licensure plus two (2) years of experience as a behavioral health clinician. Requires the use of a personal auto, valid driver’s license and motor vehicle report acceptable to the agency’s broker and verification of insurance. Individual must be cleared by the State of Illinois based upon a prior history of child abuse/neglect. Must have cleared a personal background review, fingerprinting, and criminal checks. Demonstrate the ability to manage complex service units, and the ability to effectively foster management cohesion. LPHA certification required.
